OVAL FINGERPRINT RING

This sterling silver, oval, ring can have your loved one's fingerprint on it. The oval can sit horizontally on the ring or vertically. When sending us the prints, please state whether you would like it horizontal (pictures 1 and 2, or vertically, pictures 3 and 4.

The silver oval measures approximately 15mm by 10mm, and you can have the oval fingerprint on a flat band (4mm x 1.3mm). 

If you would prefer a thinner band, this can be organised.

Please choose your ring size before ordering, otherwise you can choose to buy a ring measuring device, which we will send first class on the day you order. Once you receive the device, please measure your ring and send us an email with your size. If you would like a half size, for example, N 1/2, please message us.

Providing Prints:

1. You can send us fingerprints you already have by emailing them to studio@minimemento.co.uk.

2. Or you can follow the instructions  on how to create a pencil fingerprint at Print Kit and Instructions. We don't use mould fingerprints on this piece, as the lines need to be a bit deeper.

PLEASE NOTE: Fingerprints do not fully develop until 12-18 months of age, so if you are planning on using a very young child's fingerprint for this piece of jewellery, you might want to test out how clear a fingerprint you can get first before buying. If you decide you want a baby's fingerprint, I will have to expand the fingerprint so that it can be seen clearly.

The example fingerprint on this listing, is made using a 7 month old's fingerprint - but it had to be made slightly larger so the detail could be seen clearly.
